In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 15 other teams played in Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK Swedish Weenie Boys could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 2, H43 Lund HF, Uppsala HK, Tollarps IF 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Vinslövs HK and Halmstad Handboll 3.

IFK Tumba HK Swedish Weenie Boys continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll with 5-9. In the Final, Vinslövs HK won over Uppsala HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003).
