In addition to Mörrums GOIS HK, 16 other teams played in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Mörrums GOIS HK could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Ystads IF HF, Kristianstad HK Orange, Växjö HF 1, Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Borlänge HK and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Mörrums GOIS HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 12-15. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003).
