In addition to Stavsten HK, 39 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Stavsten HK P16 could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund HF 1 H43 Lund 1, Ljunghusens HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF P-07 Röd, Åhus Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll, RP IF Linköping, IFK Malmö HF 2, IFK Bankeryd 07 and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Stavsten HK P16 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Lund 2 with 9-15. In the Final, Växjö HF won over IFK Bankeryd vit and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006).
