In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona Blå could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Tumba HK Blå, Höörs HK H 65 HK H65 Svart, Staffanstorps HK Blå, IFK Malmö HF 2, IFK Kristianstad Svart, Alingsås HK Blå, Hammarby IF HF 2 and Kävlinge HK 2.

HF Karlskrona Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 5-6. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK Blå won over Hässleholms HF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009).
