In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 42 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Uppsala HK 3, IFK Tumba HK Vit, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF Vinröd, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Eslövs HF 1, Alingsås HK AHK 1 and IFK Ystad HK Röd.

HF Karlskrona 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 8-13. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 3 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005).
