Sporthallens BOIS was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.
In addition to Sporthallens BOIS, 47 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Sporthallens BOIS could be found in Group 4 together with MOULDEX, Taksäkerhet Syd, Mönsterås HK Bortgift 2023, HK Tröstpris, Grabbaura HKG, Moraltanterna and Vakant HK. Sporthallens BOIS continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Anfallsglada Lödde with 11-15. In the Final, ÅlisÄrInteSingel won over Helgardering and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar. Sporthallens BOIS comes from Norrköping which lies approximately 310 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
