In addition to the two Mönsterås teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mönsterås HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK Orange, Halmstad Handboll gul, Hässleholms HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 Lödde Röd, Huddinge HK 2, Kävlinge HK 2 and IFK Ystad HK.

Mönsterås HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 2 with 4-7. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
