The comeback of Lund Academics was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to The comeback of Lund Academics, 28 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof The comeback of Lund Academics could be found in Group 2 together with Genföreningen H43, Beach Boys and Lag Labbes pågar. The comeback of Lund Academics continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Svampbob Trekant with 7-10. In the Final, 6 grillade & 1 pølse won over AIK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. The comeback of Lund Academics comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 64 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
