Ligu was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Senior Förening Damer.
In addition to Ligu, 19 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Ligu Dam could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner, Ystads IF HF, Vinslövs HK HK, IK Lågan Hörby, Åhus Handboll 2, HK Björnen 1, Stavsten HK and Ramunder HK. Ligu Dam continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad with 7-15. In the Final, Ystads IF HF won over Kristianstad HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer. Ligu comes from LUND which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around LUND does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 (Among others: Chalmers HK, Särökometernas HK, HK Aranäs, Stora Röda Huset, Alingsås HK, IK Sävehof, Mölndals HF, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, Önnereds HK and Ekipaget & Slitaget). 10 games playedGoals |
