A-laget ÖKD

Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

A-laget was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to A-laget, 17 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof A-laget could be found in Group 1 together with Team van Stam, Stora Röda Huset, V.I.P, Svarta Fåren, Börjes avdankade, Tollarps IF, EY' BRO and Det var bättre förr.

A-laget made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstad Handboll, which they won with 7-5. Thereby A-laget won the entire B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.

A-laget comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 64 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Eslöv does also provide 49 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 (Among others: POWERHEAT, Veberöds HK, Eddes Hussar, HK Björnen, Goal Diggers, HK Micro, Tollarps IF, HF Limhamn, Eslövs HF and Dalby GIF).
