Nisse till landslaget was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Nisse till landslaget, 47 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Nisse till landslaget could be found in Group 1 together with Helgardering, Tollarps IF 2, MFF Halsti FF, POWERHEAT, Södra Rörum, Mammas pojkar and Smidings Knegar.

Nisse till landslaget continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against BRUNS -always great hairday with 3-10. In the Final, ÅlisÄrInteSingel won over Helgardering and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Nisse till landslaget comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 15 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 52 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 (Among others: X-Jägarna HK, Lärjungarna, Tollarps IF, Taksäkerhet Syd, Beat the Crew, Füchse Åhus, Hjärna Hjärta P, Vinslövs HK, BATMAN and Moderaterna Kristianstad).
