Det var bättre förr ÖKD

Det var bättre förr was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to Det var bättre förr, 17 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Det var bättre förr could be found in Group 1 together with Team van Stam, Stora Röda Huset, A-laget, V.I.P, Svarta Fåren, Börjes avdankade, Tollarps IF and EY' BRO.

Det var bättre förr continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against B-laget with 8-11. In the Final, B-laget won over Svarta Fåren and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.

Det var bättre förr comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 14 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 52 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 (Among others: X-Jägarna HK, Lärjungarna, Tollarps IF, Taksäkerhet Syd, Beat the Crew, Füchse Åhus, Hjärna Hjärta P, Vinslövs HK, BATMAN and Moderaterna Kristianstad).
