In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Gökstens BK, Alingsås HK 2, Falu HK, IK Lågan Hörby, VästeråsIrsta HF, Halmstad Handboll 3 Rosa, Kristianstad HK 06 1 and IFK Malmö HF.

HF Karlskrona 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 7-11. In the Final, HK Malmö won over Halmstad Handboll 3 Rosa and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

HF Karlskrona also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F16 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against KFUM Lundagård with 7-9.
