In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Lödde Vikings HK Röd, IK Lågan Hörby, Åhus Handboll 1 vit, Karlshamns HF Gul, Eslövs IK, IFK Kristianstad Orange, IFK Bankeryd Vit and IFK Malmö HF 2.

HF Karlskrona 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Svart with 8-9. In the Final, HF Karlskrona 1 won over Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom) and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
