In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 17 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Handqueens, Oompa Loompas, Svarta Fåren, Tollarps IF, Team van Stam, Gulbrunabrudar, B-laget and Weekend warriors.

Kävlinge HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Blixten McQueens with 9-13. In the Final, Blixten McQueens won over Oompa Loompas and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
