HK Aranäs was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with 21 teams in 9 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. The team in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF Grön by 11-12.
In addition to this, HK Aranäs have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022, Aranäs had 20 teams playing in 9 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 32 categories. The team in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over H43 Lund HF 2 by 10-9. Aranäs comes from Onsala which lies approximately 220 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Onsala does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (IK Sävehof, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, HK Bosse, Särökometernas HK, Torslanda HK, HK Stolpskott, Önnereds HK, Redbergslids IK, Wilma Thelandersson and Chalmers HK).
