In addition to the three Aranäs teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Blå could be found in Group 6 together with Ale Handboll United, Växjö HF, IFK Malmö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, IFK Tumba HK 1, H43 Lund HF Vit and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

HK Aranäs Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Haninge HK Rosa with 9-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

HK Aranäs also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 2 with 10-15.
