Ale Handboll was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ale Handboll United could be found in Group 6 together with Växjö HF, IFK Malmö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, IFK Tumba HK 1, H43 Lund HF Vit, HK Aranäs Blå and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

Ale Handboll United continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF with 9-12. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Ale comes from Älvängen which lies approximately 260 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Älvängen does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: IK Sävehof, HK Bollebygd, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, Torslanda HK, Kärra HF, Önnereds HK, Redbergslids IK, Potatiskungarna, Wilma Thelandersson and Alingsås HK).
