IK Sävehof was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011), Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) and Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) respectively. Two teams played until Semi final in B-Slutspel; Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) lost against Lugi HF 2 by 10-12 and Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) lost against IFK Kristianstad 3 by 11-14.

In addition to this, IK Sävehof have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022, Sävehof had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 11 år (födda 2011), Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007), Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005) and Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004) respectively. The team in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 by 13-15.

Sävehof comes from PARTILLE which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around PARTILLE does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: HK Bollebygd, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, HK Bosse, Särökometernas HK, Torslanda HK, HK Stolpskott, Kärra HF, Önnereds HK, Redbergslids IK and Potatiskungarna).
