In addition to IK Sävehof, 37 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof could be found in Group 4 together with Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Åhus Handboll 2, Höörs HK H 65 2, HF Karlskrona Svart, Eslövs HF Grön, Lugi HF 1, Spånga HK and IFK Kristianstad 2.

IK Sävehof continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 10-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Dalby GIF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011).
