Chalmers HK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with two teams in Öppen klass Herrar and Senior Förening Damer respectively. The team in Senior Förening Damer made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 by 3-10.

In addition to this, Chalmers HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022, Chalmers had three teams playing in Senior Förening Herrar and Senior Förening Damer respectively. The team in Senior Förening Damer made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 by 8-10.

Chalmers comes from GÖTEBORG which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around GÖTEBORG does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: IK Sävehof, HK Bollebygd, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, HK Bosse, Särökometernas HK, Torslanda HK, HK Stolpskott, Kärra HF, Önnereds HK and Redbergslids IK).
