In addition to Chalmers HK, 54 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Chalmers HK could be found in Group 4 together with HK Psyk, Dalby, Eslövsstolthet, Bugo and the buddies, Ful men sexig, JÖKA and Krister och pojkarna.

Chalmers HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Det är något med vattnet with 10-14. In the Final, Kärlekens boys won over SALOS DRÄPARE and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.
