In addition to the two Haninge teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Haninge HK Rosa could be found in Group 3 together with Gustafs GoIF, Eskilstuna Guif IF GUIF 1, Skövde HF 2, Lugi HF 1, Alingsås HK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Eslövs IK -08 and IFK Bankeryd.

Haninge HK Rosa continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Svart with 6-7. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Haninge HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 9-10.
