In addition to the two Haninge teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Haninge HK Blå could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK 1, H43 Lund HF Blå, Huddinge HK, Eslövs IK EIK 1, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, Ystads IF HF 1 and Höörs HK H 65 Röd 07.

Haninge HK Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF 1 with 11-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Haninge HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 9-10.
