In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK EIK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK 1, H43 Lund HF Blå, Huddinge HK, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, Haninge HK Blå, Ystads IF HF 1 and Höörs HK H 65 Röd 07.

Eslövs IK EIK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Vit with 13-14. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK with 10-12.
