In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK EIK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Huddinge HK Blå, HK Aranäs Svart, Lugi HF 2, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Kristianstad HK 2, Höörs HK H 65 08, IFK Malmö HF 1 and Uppsala HK 2.

Eslövs IK EIK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gustafs GoIF with 6-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK with 10-12.
