In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK -08 could be found in Group 3 together with Gustafs GoIF, Eskilstuna Guif IF GUIF 1, Skövde HF 2, Haninge HK Rosa, Lugi HF 1, Alingsås HK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd and IFK Bankeryd.

Eslövs IK -08 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Vit with 11-13. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK with 10-12.
