In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Huddinge HK Blå, HK Aranäs Svart, Lugi HF 2, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Kristianstad HK 2, Höörs HK H 65 08, Uppsala HK 2 and Eslövs IK EIK 2.

IFK Malmö HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK EIK 1 with 10-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs Vit won over Gustafs GoIF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).
