In addition to IFK Malmö HF, 41 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF could be found in Group 5 together with Göteborg Beach Handball Club Gul, Raklev G&I, Ystads IF HF 2, Tyresö Handboll Svart, Huddinge HK 2, IFK Bankeryd, Halmstad Handboll and Lugi HF 1.

IFK Malmö HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 2Guif 2 with 10-12. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2Guif 2 won over Kävlinge Harrie FF and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008).

IFK Malmö HF also participated in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P14 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 6-10.
