In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Ale Handboll United, Växjö HF, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, IFK Tumba HK 1, H43 Lund HF Vit, HK Aranäs Blå and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

IFK Malmö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 10-11. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).
