In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Lågan Hörby, Täby HBK, IFK Tumba HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK Grå, Tollarps IF, HK Aranäs Vit and Önnereds HK.

IFK Malmö HF 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF 2 with 10-11. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).
