In addition to the two IFK Tumba teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Lågan Hörby, Täby HBK, Lödde Vikings HK Grå, Tollarps IF, HK Aranäs Vit, IFK Malmö HF 3 and Önnereds HK.

IFK Tumba HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 08 with 9-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 13-15.
