In addition to the three IFK Tumba teams, 56 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Halmstad Handboll Svart, IFK Bankeryd, IK Lågan Hörby, Hässleholms HF 1, Kristianstad HK, Alingsås HK 2 and IFK Malmö HF Vit.

IFK Tumba HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK 1 with 6-10. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK won over IFK Tumba HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F14 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Uppsala HK with 8-11.
