In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 3 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Ystads IF HF 3, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Åhus Handboll Blå, Falköpings AIK HK FAIK vit, Lugi HF 2, IK Bolton and Eslövs HF 3.

IFK Tumba HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 8-9. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby 3 won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).
