In addition to the three Ystads teams, 52 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 3 could be found in Group 3 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Tumba HK, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Åhus Handboll Blå, Falköpings AIK HK FAIK vit, Lugi HF 2, IK Bolton and Eslövs HF 3.

Ystads IF HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Norrköpings HK with 10-16. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby 3 won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Hammarby IF HF in the final with 13-12.
