In addition to the two Ystads teams, 57 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 2lag 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF, IFK Tumba HK 2, Bjärnums HK, Borlänge HK Vit, Stavsten HK Svart, IFK Malmö HF Blå and Tollarps IF 2.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 2 with 10-14. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK won over IFK Tumba HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

Ystads IF HF also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F14 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 with 8-13.
