In addition to the two Ystads teams, 36 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF Vit could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Blå, Dalby GIF 2, Haninge HK, Eslövs HF Vit, HF Karlskrona Grön, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll Röd and IFK Malmö HF 2.

Ystads IF HF Vit made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Dalby GIF 2, which they won with 14-12. Thereby Ystads IF HF Vit won the entire A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
