In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 2 together with H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Blå, Dalby GIF 2, Ystads IF HF Vit, Haninge HK, Eslövs HF Vit, HF Karlskrona Grön, Åhus Handboll 1, Halmstad Handboll Röd and IFK Malmö HF 2.

IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 1 with 10-11. In the Final, Spånga HK won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011).
