In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 33 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Alingsås HK VIT, Lugi HF VINRÖD, HF Karlskrona 1, HK Aranäs, IFK Bankeryd Blå, Uppsala HK 1, Vinslövs HK and Ystads IF HF.
IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 13-14. In the Final, OV Helsingborg HK won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006). IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
