In addition to the two Ystads teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus Handboll 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Växjö HF Svart, IK Bolton Svart, Huddinge HK 1, Lugi HF, IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 1 and Staffanstorps HK.

Ystads IF HF 2 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 1, which they won with 11-7. Thereby Ystads IF HF 2 won the entire B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
