In addition to the two Huddinge teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus Handboll 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Växjö HF Svart, IK Bolton Svart, Lugi HF, IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 1, Ystads IF HF 2 and Staffanstorps HK.

Huddinge HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF röd with 6-18. In the Final, Lugi HF won over Eskilstuna Guif IF röd and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).
