In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Vit could be found in Group 5 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 2, H43 Lund HF, Kävlinge HK Blå, Åhus Handboll Blå, IFK Ystad HK, Hässleholms HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1 and IFK Tumba HK Blå.

Huddinge HK Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 1 with 7-9. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 5-8.
