In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Blå could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 1, HF Karlskrona Svart, Kävlinge HK Orange, Lugi HF, IFK Bankeryd Blå, Ljunghusens HK 2, Halmstad Handboll Svart and Lödde Vikings HK Röd.

Huddinge HK Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 1 with 4-8. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 5-8.
