In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona Svart could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 1, Kävlinge HK Orange, Lugi HF, Huddinge HK Blå, IFK Bankeryd Blå, Ljunghusens HK 2, Halmstad Handboll Svart and Lödde Vikings HK Röd.

HF Karlskrona Svart continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 3 with 5-10. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
