In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 63 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 1, HF Karlskrona Svart, Kävlinge HK Orange, Lugi HF, Huddinge HK Blå, IFK Bankeryd Blå, Halmstad Handboll Svart and Lödde Vikings HK Röd.

Ljunghusens HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I with 9-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Ljunghusens HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 8-10.
