In addition to the two Huddinge teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs HF Svart, Höörs HK H 65 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Växjö HF Gul, IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 2, HK Aranäs 1 and IK Lågan Hörby 2.

Huddinge HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 2 with 8-11. In the Final, Lugi HF won over Eskilstuna Guif IF röd and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).
