In addition to the four Huddinge teams, 44 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK Strand could be found in Group 4 together with Ljunghusens HK 1 (Emil), HK Björnen, Ystads IF HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg, Tollarps IF 1, Kävlinge HK Blå, Växjö HF 1 and Halmstad Handboll Svart.

Huddinge HK Strand continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Hav with 6-12. In the Final, Huddinge HK Hav won over Huddinge HK Sol and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
