In addition to Huddinge HK, 26 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK could be found in Group 2 together with IK Lågan Hörby, Eslövs IK (06), Raklev G&I, Spånga HK Z, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Kristianstad HK F06 2, Uppsala HK barbiegirls, Borlänge HK and Kristianstad HK.

Huddinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK F06 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Lugi HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005).

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F17 (f. 2005) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK F06 with 7-15.
