In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 24 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK barbiegirls could be found in Group 2 together with IK Lågan Hörby, Eslövs IK (06), Raklev G&I, Spånga HK Z, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Kristianstad HK F06 2, Huddinge HK, Borlänge HK and Kristianstad HK.

Uppsala HK barbiegirls continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 6-9. In the Final, Haninge HK 060708 won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2005).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F17 (f. 2005) B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Ankaret Röd with 5-8.
