In addition to Uppsala HK, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK could be found in Group 5 together with Elvebyen HK, Halmstad Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF Vit, Alingsås HK Blå, Åhus Horna BK, Eslövs HF 1, IFK Kristianstad Blå, Täby HBK and HK Cliff Gul.

Uppsala HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 4-7. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby 3 won over Norrköpings HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009).

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in P13 (f. 2009) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 4 with 5-11.
